If transfer is included, our partner will pick up the participants with a private bus or cars at the arrival terminal at the airport and drive them to their accommodation. The same thing will happen when the group has to travel back to the airport on the day of departure.
The transfer company will be waiting for the participants outside of the arrival terminal with a Berlink sign.
If the transfer is not included participants will have to arrange their transfer to the accommodation themselves.
When the group arrives at the residence/ hostel, they will be welcomed by the staff and handed the welcome kits. (If the arrival is on a Sunday and the chosen accommodation is the residence, the participants will find the keys of their apartments in a key box outside of the building, which they will be able to open with a previously received code. The welcome kits will be in their apartments).
If the participants’ accommodation is a host family, then someone from Berlink’s staff will be meeting, together with the transfer company, the group at the airport and hand them the welcome kits.
